提出了一种流变混熔复合新方法,并用此方法制备了硅相增强锌基复合材料。利用透射电镜(TEM)观察了该复合材料微结构,发现:硅相本身的精细结构中存在大量的缺陷,硅相与基体以及基体晶粒之间的界面处有η相析出,其中粗大的η析出相是离异共晶组织。
A new rheological compounding method was proposed, and a silicon-reinforced zinc matrix composite was prepared by this method. The microstructure of the composites was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is found that there are many defects in the fine structure of the silicon phase itself. The η phase precipitates at the interface between the silicon phase and the matrix and the matrix grains. The coarse η The precipitated phase is a divorced eutectic structure.
