关於中药研究方法,作者曾於本刊九卷六、七期(1954)著文论述,主要是研究何种植物中含有何种有效成分,先应明瞭某种植物或某神生药属於何科属,按其所属科属中所含的成分去研究,可收事半功倍之效。中药植物性药的孛名大都有问题,是研究中药成分一大障碍,故欲研究中药,只好参考文献并根据预试验结果等以作线索。近几年来中外学者在植物药中发现有效成分的不少,如:夹竹桃科植物早已有人发现皂甙可作强心剂,近由印度蛇麻(Rauwolfia spp)中发现生物鹼20馀种,其主要的为寿比灵(Serpentine),Ajmaline,Ajmalinine,Ajmalicine,Serpentinine,Rauwolfine,Rouwolscine等可作平高血压用。我国赵承嘏由广西产蛇麻分出生物硷二种,与Serpentine相似,亦有平高血压之效。刘铸晋研究国产蛇根草曾分出生物硷并作报告,现亦分出生物硷。作者研究土青木香可平高血压,分出生物硷三种及含NO_2
Regarding the research methods of traditional Chinese medicine, the author once discussed the issue of the 9th and 7th (1954) articles in this journal, mainly to study what kinds of active ingredients are included in the plant. First, it should be understood whether a plant or a certain kind of god drug belongs to the family Horaceae. According to the composition contained in the genus, the research can be done with half the effort. The name of the botanical drug of traditional Chinese medicine has its own problems, and it is a major obstacle to the study of Chinese herbal medicines.
