利用试验室不同工艺生产两种再生橡胶,采用湿法制备再生橡胶改性沥青。分析了不同份数废胶粉与再生橡胶在沥青中的分散效果与对沥青性能的影响,研究了蒙脱土的加入对改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明:随着再生橡胶脱硫度的增加,沥青的高温粘度和软化点降低,延度和针入度升高,高温存储稳定性提升;蒙脱土的加入使橡胶改性沥青的针入度和延度减小,软化点和粘度变大,改善了沥青的存储稳定性,使沥青的抗热氧老化性能变好。
Two kinds of recycled rubber were produced by different laboratories, and the wet rubber was used to prepare modified rubber. The dispersion effect of different proportions of crumb rubber and recycled rubber in asphalt and the influence on asphalt performance were analyzed. The effect of montmorillonite addition on the properties of modified asphalt was also studied. The results showed that with the increase of desulfurization degree of recycled rubber, the viscosity and softening point of asphalt decreased, the ductility and penetration increased, and the storage stability increased at high temperature. The addition of montmorillonite increased the penetration of rubber modified asphalt And ductility decreases, the softening point and viscosity become larger, improving the storage stability of asphalt, so that the thermal aging resistance of asphalt is better.
