NJ330F自卸汽车液压倾斜缸总成,其中有两只薄壁油缸,技术要求较高(见图1a、b)。最初,我们在C630车床上加工,经三次试验,油缸均达不到技术要求。后来采用端面夹紧、立式镗孔、一次装夹、精镗后使用多珠刚性滚压头滚压的加工方案,经过反复实践,终于找到了比较理想的工艺参数,制造出合格的产品。一、薄壁油缸的夹紧和夹紧力 1.夹紧我们采用端面夹紧、缸筒径向自由的方式。因为当滚压头预调过盈量后,滚珠压入缸筒内壁,缸筒在滚压力作用下产生变形。以前,我们采用刚度较大的夹具与缸筒外圆密配,限制缸筒,不让它变形,结果使缸
