应日本岐阜县农林水产局邀请,由江西省科协组织的农业科技考察团一行九人,来到与江西结为友好省县的日本内陆地区的岐阜县(相当于我国的省)访问考察。岐阜县位于日本正中间,可分为南部平原的美浓地区与北部山岳的飞弹地区。全县辖99个市町村。1996年全县总产值604.48亿美元;人均收入24787美元。全县从事各类产业的人口比率为:第一产业4.5%,第二产为41%,第三产业54.5%。在岐阜访问考察期问,我们先后参观考察了岐阜农大、岐阜县农业技术研究所、岐阜县农业技术普及所,山之上果树专业协会,岐阜市农业协同组合、岐阜县农业协同组合中央会,岐阜市农产品中央批发市场,以及岐阜县气象局和阜县开发技术研究协会(即科技馆)。这次考察使我们开阔了眼界、增长了见识。一、农协的发展与贡献日本农协是不带任何政府色彩的纯群众性的民间组织。岐阜县农协的产生与发展,从一个侧面可以看出日本农业的演进过程,其本身也经历了一个从小规模到集团化、从服务功能单一到全方位服务的量变与质变的

This visit has enabled us to broaden our horizons and increase our knowledge. I. Development and Contribution of the Agricultural Association The Japanese Agricultural Association is a purely mass non-government organization without any government. The emergence and development of agricultural cooperatives in Gifu County can be seen from one aspect of the evolution of Japanese agriculture, which itself has experienced a change from a small scale to the collectivization of service functions from a single to all-round service of quantitative and qualitative change
