本文对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的特性进行了回顾,概述了目前纤维叠层材料孔加工缺陷和应对办法。简述了振动辅助加工(VAM)的特点,以及振动辅助钻削加工(VAD)对加工缺陷的抑制机理,最后总结了目前振动辅助钻削CFRP取得的进展。
In this paper, the properties of carbon fiber reinforced composites (CFRP) were reviewed, and the defect of the hole processing of fiber laminates and its countermeasures were summarized. The characteristics of vibration assisted machining (VAM) and the mechanism of vibration assisted machining (VAD) on machining defects are briefly described. Finally, the progress of vibration assisted drilling (CFRP) is summarized.
