在近代热带钢轧机中,活套支撑器已成为最重要的传动装置之一。目前多数热带钢轧机都实现了快速与小恒张力调节。半连轧厂亦实现了这种改造。本文就半连轧厂改造后的活套系统设计参数的新方法以及系统应有的动静特性等进行了分析与探讨。
In modern hot strip mills, looper supports have become one of the most important transmissions. At present, most hot strip mills have achieved fast and small constant tension adjustment. Semi-continuous rolling mill also achieved this transformation. This paper analyzes and discusses the new method of design parameters of the revolute system and the static and dynamic characteristics of the system after the transformation of semi-continuous rolling mill.
