知识管理绩效评价是知识管理的一个重要环节。在总结国内外企业绩效和知识管理绩效评价研究文献的基础上,从知识管理与平衡记分卡的映射关系及因果关系出发,对企业知识管理进行平衡记分卡方法的分析,建立一套较简单但具有实用性的知识管理绩效评价指标体系,采用模糊评价法建立模型并进行实证获得验证,客观评价知识管理的实施效果。
