The combination of fluorescent imaging and magnetic resonance imaging(MRl) techniques has attracted intense attention due to the complementary imaging ability of the two modalities[1,2].Optical imaging,especially fluorescence imaging,has good sensitivity,but poor tissue penetration ability[3],while MRI offers anatomical details and 3D information of soft tissue with high quality in a non-invasive manner[4-6].Therefore,MRI/fluorescence dual-imaging technique should have exciting clinical potential in some application fields[7-9].Among the existing fluorescent materials,quantum dots(QDs) have been used as fluorescence nanoprobes in bio-applications owing to their excellent optical properties[10,11].
