用可逆性大鼠大脑中动脉阻断模型研究表明人参总甙缩小梗塞范围,减轻神经功能障碍并抑制缺血和再灌期间腐胺含量增加,相关分析发现腐胺增高与梗塞范围密切相关,为腐胺作为缺血性脑损伤的生化指标提供了进一步证据并提示人参总甙的保护缺血再灌脑组织的作用可能与影响腐胺代谢有关。
The use of reversible rat middle cerebral artery occlusion model studies showed that total ginseng reduced infarct size, reduce neurological dysfunction and inhibit the increase in putrescine during ischemia and reperfusion. Correlative analysis found that increased putrescine is closely related to infarct size. As a biochemical marker of ischemic brain injury, putrescine provides further evidence and suggests that the protective effect of ginseng glycosides on ischemic reperfusion may be related to the effects of putrescine metabolism.
