大麦白粉菌无性阶段生物学特性研究

大麦白粉菌分生他子在5~30℃的范围内均可萌发,最适温度20℃。萌发的湿度范围是在0~100%,湿度愈大萌发率愈高,以水面上萌发率最高。强烈的直射阳光对分生孢子的伤害作用极大,散射光较适于孢子萌发。紫外光对分生孢子的萌发也有明显的抑制作用。萌发需要氧气。分生孢子对渗透压的作用反应明显,溶液浓度愈高萌发率愈低。孢子萌发的PH范围为2.2—12.4最适PH6.2。在最适的温度、湿度、PH、光照、氧气供应及营养条件下,孢子萌发率达74.2%。离体分生孢子在5—7℃下4天内、20~27℃下2天内仍具有侵染力。附着胞产生、侵入和分生孢子形成的最适温度为20℃。大麦白粉病是大麦上严重的病害之一,大麦白粉菌(Erysiphe graminisf. sp. hordei)生物学特性的研究,有利于揭示大麦白粉病的侵染规律。国外在这方而研究很多,Spencer综述了前人有关大小麦白粉菌生物学特性的研究成果。国内对麦类白粉菌生物学特性的研究多集中于小麦白粉菌,有关大麦白粉菌生物学特性的研究未见正式报导。我们从温度、湿度、光照、紫外光、PH、氧气需求、渗透压、营养条件、分生孢子离体存活时间等方面,对大麦白粉菌分生孢子的萌发和侵染作了初步研究,在许多方面取得了与国外报导相一致的结果,但也有不同的地方。 Barley powdery mildew subsitrogen can germinate in the range of 5 ~ 30 ℃, the optimum temperature is 20 ℃. Barley powdery mildew is one of the serious diseases on barley. The study on the biological characteristics of Erysiphe graminis sp. Hordei is helpful to reveal the law of infection of barley powdery mildew. Abroad in this area and a lot of research, Spencer reviewed previous research results on the biological characteristics of wheat powdery mildew. The domestic research on the biological characteristics of wheat powdery mildew are mostly focused on wheat powdery mildew, and the research on the biological characteristics of powdery mildew of barley has not been officially reported. We studied the germination and infection of conidia of powdery mildew from the aspects of temperature, humidity, light, UV, PH, oxygen demand, osmotic pressure, nutritional conditions, survival time of conidia in vitro and so on. Many have achieved the same results as foreign reports, but there are also differences.
