一种高性能的铁磁流体密封系统,采用钕铁硼(NdFeB)永磁体作为磁场源,密封介质则使用北京航空航天大学研制的BH-1铁磁流体。实验结果表明,对于每边磁极靴上具有一道密封级的结构,可以提供120~180kPa的耐压能力;而每边具有两道密封级,则可以达到225~370kPa。并且实验预示这种系统的密封耐压能力还有进一步提高的潜力。
A high-performance ferrofluid sealing system uses NdFeB permanent magnet as the magnetic field source and the sealing medium uses BH-1 ferrofluid developed by Beihang University. The experimental results show that the structure with one sealing stage on each magnetic pole piece can provide the pressure resistance of 120 ~ 180kPa, while the two sealing stages on each side can reach 225 ~ 370kPa. And experiments show that the system’s ability to seal pressure and further improve the potential.
