目的　探讨功能矫治器 Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ 矫治Ⅱ类１ 分类错牙合的临床技巧及作用机理。方法　通过临床治疗１１ 例病例， 介绍 Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ 矫治Ⅱ类１ 分类病人的适应证与非适应证、采取咬合重建的原则与方法、矫治器制作要点、临床技巧。结果　证实 Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ 能有效地矫治Ⅱ类１ 分类错牙合。结论　 Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ 是一种简便的、有效的矫治Ⅱ类１ 分类功能及形态的功能性矫治器， 只要病例选择合适， 疗效非常显著， 可在国内推广使用 Objective To investigate the clinical skills and mechanism of functional appliance Bionator in treating Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. Methods Clinical treatment of 11 cases, introduced Bionator Class Ⅱ 1 classification of patients with indications and non-indications, to take the principles and methods of occlusal reconstruction, appliance production points, clinical skills. The results confirmed that Bionator can effectively correct Class Ⅱ Division 1 malocclusion. Conclusions Bionator is a simple and effective functional appliance for the treatment of Class Ⅱ division 1 functions and forms. As long as the patient's choice is appropriate, the curative effect is very significant and can be promoted in China
