研究旱冬瓜乙醇提取物石油醚萃取部分的化学成分。采用气质联用色谱法(GC-MS)对乙醇提取物石油醚萃取部分进行分离测定,结合质谱数据库MST2008对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,并应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的质量分数。共分离出42种成分,确认其中23种主要成分。乙醇提取物石油醚萃取物的化学成分分析结果有助于发现旱冬瓜的特征性成分,为针对性的提取分离化合物提供参考。
To study the chemical constituents of ethanol extracts from the dry wax gourd melon. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to separate the petroleum ether extract of ethanol extract. The compounds were identified by mass spectrometry database MST2008. The mass fraction of each component was calculated by the chromatographic peak area normalization . A total of 42 components were isolated and 23 of them were identified. Ethanol extract The results of the chemical composition analysis of petroleum ether extract are helpful to find the characteristic components of dry wax gourd, and provide a reference for the specific extraction of isolated compounds.
