日本观光立国战略自实施以来已经过了十多年,截至2013年6月,日本政府根据日本国内政治经济社会的发展状况并结合世界发展潮流,先后制定了一个VJC宣传计划,一部法律,两部五年推进计划及相关战略规划。但从实效来看,观光立国战略还未让日本“立”起来,本文将从日本观光立国战略的目标实施及评价展开分析。 As of June 2013, the Japanese government has formulated a VJC propaganda plan based on the development of political, economic and social conditions in Japan and in line with the world development trend.
