我院自1996年开始在全院开展了创建文明科室活动,取得了一定的效果。1 制定并落实活动方案,取得全院共识 院党委及院领导班子深入研究,认真制定了《学习张家港、争创文明医院、文明科室、文明职工竞赛活动方案》,成立了领导小组和考评小组,并印发至各科室,相继召开了全体党员大会,各科室主任会议,支部书记会议等贯彻落实,全院30个科室根据本科实际制定了科室方案,做到了全院职工人人皆知,全员参与。2 树立医院精神,增强职工凝聚力 针对诸多因素,医院树立了“团结、敬业、廉洁、高效”的医院精神,以此勉励与激发职工的事
