首先指出,联轴节胶块易碎和拖拉机前桥的发动机支架没有关系。盲目地修焊支架,会影响到发动机的正常装配关系,反而易造成新的故障。根据我们的经验,联轴节胶块易碎的原因有三。 (1)变速箱第一轴窜动量大铁牛-55拖拉机第一轴是用一根拉紧螺栓紧固在常啮合主动齿轮上的。拉紧螺栓的头根部,紧压在齿轮轴心的内花键端面上。由于内花键硬度较高,一般使用了几年的旧车,都会出现拉紧螺栓头根部被花键端面磨损的现象。严重的磨损(下陷量达3~4毫米)会使一轴失去轴向约束而前后窜动,以致造成与其配合的胶块失去稳定性,

Severe wear and tear (sag up to 3 to 4 mm) will cause the shaft to lose axial restraint and move back and forth, resulting in the loss of stability of the plastic block with which it cooperates.
