本文对目前我国建设高素质职工队伍存在的问题与现状进行分析,并对此问题提出解决的思路。1、制定相应的高技能人才培养规划;2、对通过自身努力达到稀缺工种高级技能培训目标的职工进行奖励;3、制定与完善适合企业高技能人才特点的业绩考评方式,实现企业高技能人才业绩考评程序的规范化;4、广泛开展形式多样的岗位练兵、技术比武;5、探索与制定有利于最大限度调动企业技术骨干攻关创新积极性的薪酬分配制度。
