浙江省医药总公司组织的“中药甘草炮制工艺改革和质量研究”技术鉴定会于7月20日在杭州结束。参加会议的有来自省内外科研、教学、生产、管理、药检等部门的领导、专家、教授及技术人员共46人。用传统的炙法炮制甘草已不适应工业化大生产的需要,改革势在必行。甘草烘法新工艺于一九八二年列为国家医药管理局的重点科研项目,由杭州胡庆余堂制药厂、中药二厂、浙江医科大学、省药检所四单位共同承担,经过一年半时间试验,取得了成功,受到了同行专家的好评。鉴定委员会对这项科研成果作出了如下鉴定意见:
The technical appraisal meeting organized by the Zhejiang Provincial General Pharmaceutical Company on the “Research on the Reform and Quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine Licorice Processing Technology” was concluded on July 20 in Hangzhou. A total of 46 leaders, experts, professors and technicians from the province’s internal and external research, teaching, production, management, and drug inspection departments attended the meeting. The use of traditional methods to produce licorice has not been adapted to the needs of industrialized production. Reform is imperative. The licorice-baking process was listed as a key scientific research project of the State Administration of Pharmacy in 1982. It was jointly undertaken by Hangzhou Huqing Yutang Pharmaceutical Factory, the Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory, Zhejiang Medical University, and the Provincial Institute of Drug Control, after a year and a half. The experiment was successful and was well received by peer experts. The appraisal committee made the following appraisal opinions on this scientific research achievement:
