金属纤维减摩材料是用纤维冶金工艺制成的既耐磨又减磨的一种新颖材料。本文对青铜纤维基体浸渍聚四氟乙烯和二硫化钼制成的复合材料压制的活塞环、密封环及气缸套的机械性能和润滑效果进行了初步研究,证明:纤维基体材料的断裂极限σb,冲击韧性ak分别为粉末冶金同类产品2~15倍和5~17倍,由于纤维基体的蜂窝结构利于润滑剂的贮存和溢出,润滑性能得到改善。此外,材料还具有良好的加工性能,是一种有发展前途的新型材料。
