患者,女,22岁。因脐周部疼痛就诊,大便化验见有蛔虫卵,遂给左旋咪唑驱虫,每天一次,每次6片,连服两天。两周后自觉两下肢乏力、心悸、牙龈出血、头昏、食欲差、月经量多。化验血Hb 6g,外周RBC280万,WBC1,100、BPC3万。骨髓增生低下,无髓细胞生成,巨核细胞明显减少。追问病史,患者无药物过敏史及血液系统疾病。服药前,曾患扁桃腺炎。化验:血常规:Hb11.8g、RBC418万、WBC7800、BPC9万。经给肌苷、维生素B_(12)、氨肽素、鲨肝醇、脱氧核苷酸钠、苯丙酸诺龙、广谱抗
