一、推广雷锋德育的背景(一)职业学校学生的职业素养问题特征及分析职业素质是企业选用人才的首要标准,中职学校则肩负着中职生由学生向职业人的顺利转变的重担。在竞争日益激烈的就业背景下,中职毕业生就业机会看似不少,但其就业实质上处于高不成低不就的尴尬局面,其就业的不稳定性、就业质量不高也是不争的事实。在这种形势下如何引导中职生的职业素质与用人单位的需求相匹配,从而提升学生终身发展的能力的问题就突显出来
