目的:优选黄地降糖片的最佳提取工艺。方法:以盐酸小檗碱提取量和出膏量为综合评价指标,选择溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数以及乙醇浓度为考察因素,利用L9(34)正交试验优选黄地降糖片的提取工艺。结果:黄地降糖片的最佳提取工艺为10倍量50%乙醇提取3次,每次提取2 h。结论:优选出的提取工艺简单、可行、重复性好,适应药厂生产需要,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。 Objective: To optimize the best extraction process of Huangdi Hypoglycemic Tablets. Methods: Taking the amount of berberine extract and the amount of ointment as the comprehensive evaluation indexes, the amount of solvent, the extraction time, the number of extraction and the ethanol concentration were selected as the investigation factors. The orthogonal test of L9 (34) Process. Results: The optimum extraction process of Huangdi Hypoglycemic Tablets was 10 times the amount of 50% ethanol extraction 3 times, each extraction 2 h. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is simple, feasible, reproducible and adaptable to the pharmaceutical production needs and can be used as a basis for the rational development of the preparation.
