开式液体静压导轨具有很多良好的工作性能,并已在国内外获得较为广泛的应用。但是在实际使用中发现这种导轨的工作性能理论与实际相差很大,因此限制了它的推广应用。究其原因有:油垫额定载荷计算不可靠,对导轨的h—w特性研究不够,参数选择欠妥和调试方法不当等。本文限于篇幅重点分析毛细管节流开式液体静压导轨的h—w特性并在分析的基础上提出改善h—w特性的一些措施,特别提供两种新型的可变毛细管节流器,它们均能大大改善毛细管节流开式导轨的h—w特性。
Open hydrostatic guide has a lot of good working performance, and has been widely used at home and abroad. However, in actual use, the performance of this kind of guideway has been found to vary greatly in theory and practice, thus limiting its application. The reason for this is that the calculation of the rated load of the oil pad is not reliable, the h-w characteristics of the guideway are not sufficiently studied, the parameters are not properly selected and the debugging methods are not suitable. This article focuses on analyzing the h-w characteristics of capillary throttled open hydrostatic guide rails based on space limitations and proposes some measures to improve the h-w characteristics based on the analysis. In particular, two new types of variable capillary restrictors are provided, both of which Can greatly improve the capillary throttling open h-w rail characteristics.
