本文测定了12例患有重庆窒息和缺氧性疾病的早产地24小时尿蛋白定量、平均尿蛋白浓度及血尿素氛、血肌醇和肌都清除率,并与11例正常早产儿进行对比分析,结果表明窒息缺或组24小时尿蛋白定量、平均尿蛋白浓度、血尿素氛、,血肌酐均比对照组高,肌酐清除率比对照组低。12例病人中83.3%有肾功能受损。经相关分析表明,血尿素氛与血肌浙之间,血尿素氛与尿蛋白浓度之间里显著正相关关系。故认为新生儿24小时尿蛋白发量和浓度的测定对评价肾功能有一定意义。
In this paper, 24-hour urinary protein, mean urinary protein concentration, serum creatinine, myo-inositol and muscle clearance in 12 preterm infants with asphyxia and hypoxemia in Chongqing were measured and compared with 11 normal preterm infants , The results showed that asphyxia or group of 24-hour urine protein, urine protein concentration, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine than the control group, creatinine clearance rate lower than the control group. 83.3% of 12 patients had impaired renal function. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between blood urea nitrogen and blood muscle and urine, blood urea nitrogen and urine protein concentration. Therefore, 24-hour urinary protein excretion in neonates and determination of the concentration of renal function evaluation of a certain significance.
