我院计划生育门诊自1992年起,应用卡孕栓合并丙酸睾丸素行中期妊娠引产,效果很好。现将妊娠3—5个月用药物流产情况报告如下。1 资料来源和方法:①来我院药物流产的58例患者中,流产前均无禁忌证,“B”超检查符合停经月数,血常规、出絰血时正常,测定血型以备万一。②用药方法:中期妊娠患者均收入院观察。每日肌注丙酸睾丸素100mg,连用3天,隔日即第五日起每2h于阴道后穹隆放置卡孕
