目的观察和评价溴敌隆毒饵在鼠疫疫区杀灭黄胸鼠及控制鼠疫效果。方法现场观察毒饵摄食率;以灭鼠前后的鼠密度变化计算灭鼠效果。结果试区现场观察毒饵240堆,摄食90堆,摄食率37.5%;灭前鼠密度5%,灭后鼠密度0,灭鼠效果100%。结论黄胸鼠对溴敌隆适口性好,价格便宜,使用方便,能杀灭抗性鼠群,在以黄胸鼠为优势种的地区控制鼠害效果理想,能有效控制鼠疫疫情,可大面积推广运用。
Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of bromadiolone baits in killing yellow rat and controlling the plague in the plague area. Methods The bait feeding rate was observed on the spot.
