普通的混凝土预制块护坡易出现稳定性、整体性、耐久性差,抗风浪及抗冲刷能力低,已不能满足当今水利工程护坡需要。通过探索,研究出干硬性混凝土挤压成型消能消浪连锁块制作及施工工艺,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。文章对干硬性混凝土挤压成型消能消浪连锁块的施工方法和技术措施的组织和步骤进行了详细说明。
Ordinary concrete precast block slope prone to stability, integrity, durability is poor, wind waves and anti-erosion ability is low, can no longer meet the needs of today’s water conservancy project slope protection. Through the exploration and research, the production and construction technology of energy-dissipating and wave-eliminating interlocking blocks for dry and hard concrete extrusion have been studied, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved. This paper describes in detail the organization and steps of the construction methods and technical measures of the energy-dissipating and wave-eliminating interlocking block for the extrusion of dry and hard concrete.
