随着国家电网公司物力集约化管理深入发展,依法治企已成为企业规避风险的重点工作。为了降低合同管理中的各类法律风险,有必要通过加强管理来规避法律风险。因此,本文就国网新源建设公司有限公司(下称“建设公司”)通过实施“统一归口、统一职责、统一流程、统一文本、统一平台、统一考核”的“六统一”合同管理手段创新,完善经济合同法律风险防控机制,为公司各项业务开展提供保障。
