信息技术的进步给人类社会带来了巨大的变化。人们对这个空间的过分依赖和充分享用,使互联网网络已经不仅仅是个虚拟的世界而成为一个人文化和现实化的交流界面,在这个界面里人与人之间结成了形形色色有别于传统的社会关系,对原有的现实中权利义务提出了挑战。网络法于是应运而生,迅速的将网络纳入法律规制范围中。本文对近年来受到普遍关注的网络隐私权从与传统隐私权的不同、其内容以及法律保护等方面进行了一个粗浅的探讨。
The advances in information technology have brought about tremendous changes in human society. People over-reliance on this space and fully enjoy the Internet network has not only become a virtual world and become a cultural exchange between the reality and the interface between people in the formation of a variety of different from the traditional Social relations, the original reality of the rights and obligations put forward challenges. Network Law came into being, the network quickly included in the scope of legal regulation. This article has a general discussion on the network privacy which has been paid attention in recent years from the aspects of the traditional privacy, its content and legal protection.
