新形势下团的工作面临三大根本挑战在学校表现十分明显,最为突出的挑战来自于思想引领,存在学生政治意识淡化、价值观念过于多元等方面的问题。因此,中学团组织必须增强紧迫感、危机感和责任感,紧紧依靠党建的支持带动,创新思路,完善政策和措施,夯实基层基础,努力推动中学共青团工作实现新发展。本文作者在沈阳市于洪区团委挂职期间,对于洪区中学团建的基本状况和各项活动开展情况以及中学团组织开展工作的方式方法进行了深入调研,从而剖析出中学团建工作存在的问题,并提出相应的对策及建议。 Under the new situation, the CYL’s work is faced with three fundamental challenges. At the school, its performance is most obvious. The most prominent challenges come from the leading of ideology, the weakening of students’ political awareness, and the excessively diverse values. Therefore, the CYL organizations must enhance their sense of urgency, sense of crisis and sense of responsibility. They must rely on the support and drive of the party building, innovate their thinking, improve policies and measures, consolidate the grassroots foundation, and strive to promote the CYL work in secondary schools to achieve new development. During the assignment of the Communist Youth League in Yuhong District of Shenyang City, the author conducted an in-depth investigation into the basic conditions and activities of the HongZhou Middle School League and the ways and means of carrying out the work in the CYL so as to analyze the existing problems of the CYL mission Problems, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
