借助于包括飞鸟在内的各种飞翔形象,以比兴寄托的手法来表情达意是我国文学中常用的一种艺术表现形式。曹植在与其父曹操、其兄曹丕对飞鸟形象的表现中,有其突出的特点。曹植将鸟的形象情思化,把客观物象的描写同主观感受相交融,从而“景语”与“情语”相粘着。飞鸟的翔动勾勒出了作者的情感轨迹和心灵历程,反映着他对人生、生活的深刻体验,还夹杂着他迫切、沉重的呼喊,显示着他对社会、人生的美学理解。他诗赋中的飞鸟形象是将理智与诗情、才气、个性、经历、理想、志向诸因素融合、凝着的结果。
