传统的组织理论认为建立在亚当.斯密分工理论基础之上的经典的企业组织形式已经开始发生了动摇。亚当.斯密所说的世界及其经营方式已是昨日的范式。从20世纪80年代开始出现的非核心业务外包和组织结构扁平化的变革运动似乎难以用传统的分工理论来解释。本文通过对Yang,X—Ng,Y-K分工模型的扩展,探讨了组织变革的深层次原因,描述了分工由企业内转向企业间转化的过程,提出了组织形态与分工组态相吻合的组织变革观点。
The traditional theory of organization holds that the classic form of enterprise organization based on the Adam Smith division of labor theory has begun to fluctuate. Adam Smith said the world and its mode of operation is yesterday’s paradigm. The non-core business outsourcing and flattening transformation movements that began in the 1980s appear to be difficult to explain with traditional division of labor theory. This paper explores the deep-seated reasons for the organizational change by expanding the division of labor between Yang, X-Ng and YK, describes the process of the shift of division of labor from intra-firm to inter-firm, and proposes an organizational change that fits well with organizational structure and division of labor View.
