甲状腺囊腺瘤是一种临床常见的疾病，一般以手术治疗为主。笔者在1990～1997年采用无水酒精注射治疗甲状腺囊腺瘤87例，取得了较好的效果。现报道如下。1临床资料1．1一般资料：本组病例男11例，女76例。年龄21～39岁，平均27岁。肿瘤直径0．8～3．2cm。病程12天～4年零8个月， Thyroid cystic adenoma is a common clinical disease and it is usually treated with surgery. In 1990-1997, the author used anhydrous alcohol injection in the treatment of thyroid cystic adenoma in 87 cases, and achieved good results. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: There are 11 males and 76 females in this group. Age 21 to 39 years old, average 27 years old. Tumor diameter 0.8-3.2cm. The course of the disease is 12 days to 4 years and 8 months.
