在烃类加工及环境保护方面已广泛使用以Pt为基础的双金属或多金属催化剂,例如Pt—Re,Pt—Ir,Pt—Sn和Pt—Cu等催化剂.这些催化剂的性能都比单Pt催化剂大有改善和提高.这种性能的改善和提高与其所含金属物类的性质直接有关.催化剂的金属物类性质不仅决定于金属组元,而且制备方法对金属物类的结构和性质也有重要影响.本文应用X射线波谱微区分析、漫反射光谱和程序升温还原等方法,对不同方法制备的Pt—Cu/Al_2O_3催化剂的Pt和Cu分布、金属物类的特征谱带及其还原性质进行了考察.讨论了催化剂所含Pt和Cu之间的相互作用和Pt—Cu双金属簇物类的形成、性质及其与制备方法的关系.
