本文聚焦于制造业中小企业的“战略-创新”关系,研究产业和企业权变能否产生特定的“战略-创新”关系。对此关系的分析范畴主要包括创新的技术、市场和组织维度以及创新行为的源(基于市场或技术)和性质(维持性或破坏性)。本文采用一种混合模型使战略属性和差异化的创新属性能进行特定的权变组合。研究结果支持差异化的“战略-创新”关系存在,因此支持竞争战略对企业创新行为的预测效度;基于创新维度,研究结果凸显了产业和企业对“战略-创新”关系的独特而又互补的影响。最后,从管理的视角,本文为中小企业有效进行战略管理而实现创新提供了基于权变的指导。
This paper focuses on the “strategic-innovation” relationship of SMEs in manufacturing, and studies whether there is a specific “strategic-innovation” relationship between industries and enterprise contingency. The scope of the analysis of this relationship mainly includes innovative technologies, market and organizational dimensions, and sources of innovation (market or technology) and nature (maintenance or destructive). In this paper, a hybrid model is used to make certain contingency combinations of strategic attributes and differentiated innovation attributes. The findings support the existence of differentiated “strategic-innovation” relationships and thus support the predictive validity of competitive strategies for firm innovation behavior. Based on the innovation dimension, the findings highlight the relationship between industry and firm toward “strategy-innovation” Unique and complementary effects. Finally, from the perspective of management, this article provides a guideline based on contingency for SMEs effective strategic management and innovation.
