加味炙甘草汤注射液预防组与生理盐水组比较可使乌头碱所致室早性早搏(PVCs)和室性心动过速(VT)发生率明显降低(P<0.01)。使氯化钙(CaCl_2)所致PVCs和VT发生率显著降低,P值分别小于0.01和0.05。其出现时间明显推迟,P值分别小于0.05和0.01。窦性心律恢复时间明显提前(P<0.01),复律率显著提高(P<0.05)。治疗组与生理盐水组比较,首次给药窦性心律短时转复率有显著差异(P<0.01),3次给药后窦性心律转复率明显提高(P<0.01),表明加味炙甘草汤注射液有很好的抗乌头碱和CaCl_2所致室性心律失常的作用。
Compared with the normal saline group, the addition of Jiawei Zhigancao Decoction injection group could significantly reduce the incidence of premature premature (PVCs) and ventricular tachycardia (VT) caused by aconitine (P<0.01). The incidence of PVCs and VT caused by calcium chloride (CaCl 2 ) was significantly reduced, with P values less than 0.01 and 0.05, respectively. The occurrence time was significantly delayed, with P values less than 0.05 and 0.01, respectively. The recovery time of sinus rhythm was significantly advanced (P<0.01), and the cardioversion rate was significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the saline group, the short-term transfusion rate of the first administration of sinus rhythm was significantly different in the treatment group (P<0.01), and the rate of sinus rhythm reversal after three doses was significantly increased (P<0.01), indicating that the treatment group Licorice Decoction has good antiarrhythmic and CaCl 2 -induced ventricular arrhythmias.
