大白菜在进行种子春化处理时.不同处理温度和处理时间对植株的花芽分化和抽薹过程影响很大.8℃的经比3,13℃下植株的花芽分化开始得早,分化速度快,抽薹时间早.抽薹期早晚不同的大白菜品种在花芽分化和抽薹上存在着大的遗传差异性,春化15d时,3℃和13℃的处理温度,均不能使晚抽薹材料S-1和YC完成花芽分化并引起植株的抽薹;13℃下春化时间达到30d时,YC也不能分化完全的花芽和发生抽薹.在低温处理基础上,长日条件对植株的花芽分化和抽薹过程均有促进效应,但非必要条件.
