为探讨Graves病患者IL—2的变化及可能影响因素。我们测定了40例初发Graves病患者的IL—2,并与正常对照相比较。结果Graves病患者IL—2水平显著低于正常对照组。不同性别及家族史患者IL—2水平间无显著差异。结果提示Graes病患者IL—2异常可能与疾病机理有关。
To investigate the changes of IL-2 in patients with Graves disease and its possible influencing factors. We measured IL-2 in 40 patients with Graves disease and compared them to normal controls. Results The levels of IL-2 in patients with Graves’ disease were significantly lower than those in normal controls. There was no significant difference in IL-2 levels between patients with different genders and family history. The results suggest that Graes disease IL-2 abnormalities may be related to the pathogenesis.
