创新人才培养是当代企业发展的动力源泉,如何提高创新性人才培养的质量,是目前国内石油企业面临的一个重大课题。本文以辽河油田曙光采油厂开展群众性创新工作与激发企业活力为例进行分析,旨在总结相关经验,希望对其他企业开展创新性管理工作提供有益的借鉴。
The cultivation of innovative talents is the source of power for the development of contemporary enterprises. How to improve the quality of innovative talents training is an important issue for domestic petroleum enterprises. In this paper, Liaohe Oilfield Shuguang Oil Refinery to carry out mass innovation work and stimulate the vitality of enterprises as an example to analyze, with the purpose of summing up the relevant experience, hoping to carry out innovative management of other enterprises to provide useful lessons.
