为了解降钙素 (CT)对体外培养的人成骨样细胞 OS- 732增殖与细胞膜流动性的影响 ,并与 1,2 5(OH ) 2 D3的作用进行比较 ,在培养液中添加 1IU/ m l CT前后观察 DNA合成速率、细胞增殖、细胞周期和细胞膜流动性的变化。结果表明 CT有明显促进 OS- 732细胞增殖和 DNA合成的作用 ,使 G2 +M期细胞所占的百分比增加 ,而 S期细胞的百分比下降。1,2 5 (OH) 2 D3可使细胞膜流动性增加 ,而 1IU/ m l CT使其下降。结论认为降钙素与 1,2 5 (OH) 2 D3不同 ,它促进人成骨样细胞增殖和降低细胞膜流动性。
To investigate the effects of calcitonin (CT) on proliferation and membrane fluidity of human osteoblast-like cells OS-732 cultured in vitro and compared with the effect of 1,2 5 (OH) 2 D3, 1 IU The changes of DNA synthesis rate, cell proliferation, cell cycle and cell membrane fluidity were observed before and after CT / ml. The results showed that CT significantly promoted the proliferation and DNA synthesis of OS-732 cells, increased the percentage of G2 + M phase cells and decreased the percentage of S phase cells. 1,25 (OH) 2 D3 increased cell membrane fluidity while 1 IU / ml CT decreased it. It is concluded that calcitonin is different from 1,25 (OH) 2 D3 in that it promotes proliferation of human osteoblast-like cells and decreases membrane fluidity.
