本文对某厂2800四辊轧机主传动系统的动态特性进行理论研究。文中将轧机主传动系统简化为五质量直串式力学模型,建立弹性力矩微分方程组,使用原坐标分析法及其计算机程序(VSFM和TRMS—1),计算出系统固有频率和弹性力矩振型及其瞬态响应。由计算结果和部分实验数据,指出该轧机主传动系统结构动力学方面的问题,为进一步探讨万向接轴断裂原因和改进途径,提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the main drive system of a 2800 four-high rolling mill in a factory are studied theoretically. In this paper, the main drive system of a rolling mill is simplified to a five-mass straight-chain mechanical model, elastic differential equations are established, and the original natural frequency and elastic moment modes are calculated by using the original coordinate analysis method and its computer program (VSFM and TRMS-1) And its transient response. According to the calculation results and some experimental data, the structural dynamics of the main drive system of the rolling mill are pointed out, which provides a theoretical basis for further discussion of the reasons for the failure of the universal joint shaft and its improvement.
