2015年是中国社会经济发展进入“新常态”的当局之年,在当前经济增速放缓严峻形势下,创新必将成为未来促进我国经济发展的新动力,而电子商务本身所具有的创新优势,势必将突显出来。虽然国家出台了相应的管理办法对电子商务的发展有一定的冲击,但电子商务的巨大利益性仍吸引了大批的市场交易者之间相互博弈,博弈造成了利益主体间的矛盾冲突是当前很严重的问题。本文将运用博弈论的分析方法对电子商务各方利益主体间进行分析研究,并提出电子商务未来战略改革的路径选择的建议。

This article will use game theory to analyze and study the various stakeholders in all aspects of e-commerce and put forward suggestions on the path selection of e-commerce future strategic reform.
