三年来福建省南片区0~3岁婴幼儿早教机构教养工作取得了较好的成绩,但也存在着很多问题:重教不重养;重视潜能开发,忽视生命优化发展;各项活动的安排没有统一、长远的规划与科学设计等。针对存在的现实问题,我们建构了0~3岁婴幼儿早教机构教养模式:设置了教养目标与任务、明确了教养实施的主体、详细规划了教养方案、提供了教养人员配备的参考。
In the past three years, Fujian Province, South Area, 0 to 3-year-old infant early childhood education institutions have achieved good results, but there are also many problems: re-education does not re-raise; attention to potential development, ignoring the optimal development of life; arrangements for various activities No uniform, long-term planning and scientific design. In view of the existing real problems, we have constructed a mode of parenting education for infants and young children aged 0 ~ 3 years old: set up parenting goals and tasks, clarify the main body of parenting and education, plan nurturing programs in detail, and provide references for parenting staffing.
