某水电站装有3台YDT-1800型电气液压调速器,经过20a的运行,调速器控制部分特别是电液转换器和模拟电子电路板故障较多,经常造成过调、失调、失灵等现象,有时甚至不能并网发电,每年需花费大量的人力和时间进行调速器的维修,造成了较大的经济损失,已不能满足安全生产的需要,急需进行技术改造。2008年对3台调速器进行了技术改造,在原有的油压装置、主配压阀、主接力器等部件上,安装YKT型可编程调速器的电柜及机械控制部分,改造成为YKT型可编程调速器。
