针对包钢集团薄板厂CSP生产线F2齿轮箱振动超标问题,利用包钢设备故障诊断系统和临时在线故障监测系统,对精轧机齿轮箱进行周期监测,应用状态监测系统与故障诊断技术进行分析,找出导致齿轮箱振动超标的主要原因。在设备异常的情况下,连续运行,保障生产的稳定,创造了可观的经济价值。为以后类似设备出现异常后,提供有效的检测和诊断方法。
Aiming at the excessive vibration of F2 gearbox in the CSP production line of Baotou Steel Group, the cycle monitoring of the gearbox of the finishing mill is carried out by using the fault diagnosis system of Baotou Steel Equipment and the temporary on-line fault monitoring system. The condition monitoring system and the fault diagnosis technology are used to analyze A leading cause of excessive gear box vibration. In the case of abnormal equipment, continuous operation, to ensure the stability of production, creating considerable economic value. For the future similar equipment abnormalities, to provide an effective method of detection and diagnosis.
