本文提出一种估算电视图象位移的新算法。这种新估算法被称为block自适应匹配算法,block自适应匹配算法同时解决了位移估算和帧间预测问题。模拟结果表明:这种新算法比现有的同类算法有更好的性能,能自适应地跟踪运动图象整象素位移和非整象素位移。
This paper presents a new algorithm for estimating the displacement of a television image. This new estimation algorithm is called block adaptive matching algorithm , and block adaptive matching algorithm solves the problem of displacement estimation and inter prediction. The simulation results show that this new algorithm has better performance than the existing algorithms and can adaptively track the whole pixel displacement and the non-integer pixel displacement of the moving image.
