21世纪是知识经济、科学技术迅猛发展的时代,人类社会面临各种机遇和挑战,进一步加强水利系统人力资源的开发和管理,建立健全人力资源培训制度及其体系显得尤为重要。本文在梳理张家港市水利系统人力资源培训现状、存在问题的基础上,展开原因分析,并有针对性地提出改进对策,为水利系统人力资源培训的决策提供了依据。
The 21st century is an era of rapid development of knowledge-based economy and science and technology. Human society is facing various opportunities and challenges. It is especially important to further strengthen the development and management of manpower resources in the water conservancy system and to establish and perfect a human resources training system and system. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of human resources training in water conservancy system of Zhangjiagang City, this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward some countermeasures in a targeted way, which provides the basis for decision-making of human resources training in water conservancy systems.
