建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,简称BIM)是利用工程项目的一些属性、信息等数据的提炼与合成,通过数字化模型对工程项目进行设计、施工、运维等全方位立体化管理的一门科学技术。BIM在建筑领域的应用是非常广泛的,它覆盖了工程项目的各个阶段。要进一步推动BIM技术在我国的蓬勃发展,需要多种方法相结合:1.政府以及相关行业部门应大力支持并对BIM相关标准进行规范;2.国家应大量培养相关BIM人才;3.国内软件开发商应积极推广BIM技术。对BIM从管理的高度进行研究,这对我国提高集成一体化管理质量和水平有重要意义。
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a science that makes use of the properties and information of the project, such as the refining and synthesis of data, and the full-scale three-dimensional management of design, construction, operation and maintenance of the project through the digital model technology. The application of BIM in the construction field is very extensive, covering all stages of the project. To further promote the vigorous development of BIM technology in our country, we need a combination of methods: 1. The government and relevant industry departments should strongly support and standardize the relevant BIM standards; 2. The country should cultivate a large number of related BIM talents; 3. The domestic software Developers should actively promote BIM technology. BIM from the management of the height of research, which is to improve the integrated management of our quality and level of great significance.
