调查了上海近郊27种蔬菜150个田块,普通肾形线虫(Rotylenchulus reniformis)发生频率为45%,主要寄主包括黄瓜、豇豆、菜豆、青菜和番茄等。温室接种试验线虫300头/100ml 土壤,50天后黄瓜、豇豆、番茄和茄子苗的生长量均显著降低。病田土壤线虫量在七月上旬到八月下旬间出现高峰。0—10cm 上层线虫量占0—35cm 土层线量的三分之二。25—30℃约25—28天可完成一个世代。苗前应用棉隆6—8克/m~2处理土壤以及移植时应用呋喃丹颗粒剂2.25公斤(有效成分)/公顷对该线虫均有较好防治效果。
A total of 27 fields and 150 fields were surveyed in the suburbs of Shanghai. The frequency of occurrence of common rotifers reniformis was 45%. The main hosts included cucumber, cowpea, kidney bean, vegetable and tomato. The growth of cucumber, cowpea, tomato and eggplant seedlings was significantly reduced after 300 days inoculated with 300 nematodes / 100ml soil in greenhouse. The amount of soil nematode in the disease field peaked between early July and late August. 0-10cm upper worms accounted for two-thirds of the amount of 0-35cm soil layer. 25-30 ℃ for about 25-28 days to complete a generation. Pre-emergence application of cotton sowing 6-8 g / m ~ 2 soil and transplant application of carbofuran granules 2.25 kg (active ingredient) / ha on the nematodes are better control effect.
